To finish a level you must be able to survive with the least amount of gems it may sound simple, but you have to position towers with care so you are able to defeat army of invaders. Certain towers are only able to be put on specific kinds of terrain. Be aware of this when you decide where to put your defenses. Moreover, different towers do different damage to enemy units. Demons and undead are just a few of the enemies that you'll encounter. When playing you can increase the speed of the waves of enemies when you feel certain. Some players like to put their defenses earlier to stop enemies from ever coming close. Some prefer the defense mixed and have an extra bulwark towards the end.
