Grand Shift Auto is an arcade racing and driving game where you get to Choose your car, customize it and race around a huge 3D world. You start off with a basic car and work your way up to the best cars by competing in races, altering and upgrading your car. Players can play in single or multiplayer mode, or even join a special club and race with people from all around the world. You'll need skills, a fast racing response and dare we say an ounce of luck to come out on top in Grand Shift Auto!
Grand Shift Auto is an easy game to play. The very first step is to choose a car. The car choice includes a wide selection of cars such as classic family cars, SUVs, racing sports cars and others. Players can further refine their car choice by selecting the color and design of the car. The next step is to customize the car and upgrade it. Upgrades are available for both the engine and the body of the car. Options include modifying the spoiler, exhaust and body parts to improve the car’s performance.
Players can enter the game world with their customized car by pressing the ‘start game’ button. A new, huge world opens for exploration. There are roads, meadows, bridges, canyons, dark caves and even waterfalls. There are also places to find secret power-ups, car tuning shops and more.
Players can select the mode they want to play - either singleplayer or multiplayer. On single player mode, the player can find missions and complete them in order to open new locations. Mission types vary and include racing, escaping, delivery and other type of missions. Multiplayer mode offers players the opportunity to compete against other players in real-time or join a club or team.
Gameplay of the game is full of adventure. As you drive your car you'll encounter beautiful 3D landscapes that have a surprisingly realistic feel. There are many challenging roads throughout the world for you to traverse. As you progress through these roads you'll come across checkpoints that you must pass in order to move ahead in the game. You'll also find obstacles such as hills, rocks, and other cars that you can bump into, jump over, and drive around in order to make your way to the finish line.
At the start of the game you'll find limited cars at your disposal, but as you go further in the game and complete missions you can unlock more cars and parts. You can upgrade your cars in many ways. You can improve the cars’ brakes, tires, engine and other parts in order to increase its speed and strength. You can also customize the exterior parts of your car such as the paint job and the body kit.
