Starting the Game

Gameplay Mechanics

The goal is to complete each level as fast as possible. During the levels the player will have to avoid obstacles, defeat enemies, and find the keys to unlock doors. As the player completes each level, they are greeted with a level completion screen and are awarded points based on their performance.

Special Items

Throughout each level, the player will be able to collect power-ups and coins which appear randomly. Each power-up offers a different advantage and can be used to help Sonic reach the end of the level. The coins can be used in the game’s shop to purchase new items such as skins, extra lives, etc.
