The game starts off easy, with an introduction to the controls. Your character's objective is to reach the “exit” portal (the green portal). You must navigate your character safely through each level and avoid any obstacles.
You will be rated based on your performance in each level. The faster you complete a level, the higher your score will be. You can collect bonus points by retrieving bonus packages and completing bonus challenges. Bonus packages are designated by a yellow platform appearing in the level. Bonus challenges are obstacles present throughout the level. The faster you complete the bonus challenges and retrieve bonus packages, the higher bonus points you will receive.
Your character's main object is to reach the exit portal, but each level is filled with different obstacles. You’ll need to rely on your wall-walking skills and swinging ability to progress. The game has tons of versatile environments and there are more than 100 levels present to give you hours of fun.
Hanger 2 has four game types: campaign mode, daily challenge, time trial, and survival. Campaign mode consists of the varying levels you must complete. Daily challenges offer challenges on a daily basis with various difficulty levels. Time trial mode challenges you to complete the levels as fast as possible. In survival mode, you must travel as far as you can without dying.

Hanger 2 is inspired by the classic game, 'Caveman Ninja' and a similar game to Hanger 2 is 'Rope Hero'.
Your main objective is to reach the exit portal, but you must navigate your character through different obstacles to reach the portal.
You use the left and right keys to rotate your character, the up key to move forward, space bar to control the swinging, and left and right mouse clicks to attach and detach from walls.
