Getting Started

The goal of Tower Defense is to protect your base from incoming enemy forces by creating a maze of towers, weapons, and other resources. To start, choose a difficulty level that you feel confident you can handle. You’ll be given a map of the surrounding area that is populated with your enemies, and you’ll need to build towers and resources to fend off the advancing attacks. The game offers different types of towers, each with its own purpose and strengths.

Building your Tower Resources

To begin building your tower resources, click on the tower resource menu located at the bottom of the game screen. Here you can select and deselect the type of tower you’d like to place. You can place multiple towers at once, as long as they are not overlapping each other. Select the towers you’d like to place and then click and drag them on to the field. Once placed, you can move the towers around by dragging and dropping them onto different locations. If you’d like to sell the tower you have placed, click and hold the right mouse button and the tower will be sold.

Advancement

As you progress in the game, you’ll be able to upgrade your towers in order to increase their range, damage output, and other capabilities. When you choose to upgrade a tower, you’ll be shown a list of different upgrades that can be purchased and activated. Each upgrade has its own cost and will affect the overall performance of your towers.
